Eddie Patricio

Lettings Manager

Eddie has been actively working in the Lettings Industry since 2016, having started at a small independent firm in Clapham as a Lettings Negotiator / Business Administrator where he quickly progressed through his career handling hundreds of properties every year. In 2019, Eddie joined a 20-year-old Independent High Street Agency, leading a multitude of positions (Business Administrator, Assistant Property Manager, Social Media Manager, as well as assisting the Branch Manager and Directors, and much more). It is fair to say the years of experience have shaped him to have a very good understanding of Landlords' and Tenants' needs. Now, he continues to provide the same great service using the specialist skills he picked up over the years, hoping to grow further in the industry and take on new challenges.

Louise Putt

Property Manager

Louise has been dealing with people and problems for a number of years. Common sense is the most important quality in a property manager – that, and patience alongside the ability to solve problems and deal with queries quickly. Tenants and landlords need someone they can rely on – not just for the everyday stuff – but also in any sort of crisis. Someone sensible at the end of the phone gives peace of mind. Louise has had experience in managing copious residential properties in London, covering all property styles and types of dwellings including block management.

Katie is our newest member of the team and has recently joined Your Home Managed this year (2023). Having been a teacher for the last five years, Katie is taking her first steps in the property industry and is deploying her multitude of previously learned skills. Katie is here to assist you, providing excellent customer service and attention to detail. She is excited to develop her expertise and grow within Your Home Managed, ready to take on new adventures.
