Eddie has been actively working in the Lettings Industry since 2016, having started at a small independent firm in Clapham. He quickly progressed his career to Branch Manager level, handling hundreds of properties every year. The years of experience have shaped him to have a great understanding of the needs of Landlords and Tenants. Now, he continues to help Landlords around London, sourcing properties for landlords who want to increase their portfolios, and specialising in finding excellent long-term tenants for their properties. Utilising the specialist skills he has acquired over the years, he continues to grow in the industry and takes on new challenges, whilst remaining proactive and efficient.

Property Manager
Louise has been dealing with people and problems for a number of years. Common sense is the most important quality in a property manager – that, and patience alongside the ability to solve problems and deal with queries quickly. Tenants and landlords need someone they can rely on – not just for the everyday stuff – but also in any sort of crisis. Someone sensible at the end of the phone gives peace of mind. Louise has had experience in managing copious residential properties in London, covering all property styles and types of dwellings including block management.
