The property is available to be rented by single occupants or couples only.
The property features two double bedrooms, an open-plan fully fitted kitchen and living space, and a modern bathroom (please see floor plans).
The main bedroom features a double bed with under-bed storage, a built-in wardrobe, and a balcony. This property is one of the very few on this site with private outside space by way of a terrace overlooking a roof garden. The second bedroom is a great space for an office or study room.
This is a bright and airy space, constantly catching the sun.
Regarding storage, there is a large cupboard in the hallway and built-in storage in the bathroom and main bedroom.
The development is quiet, gated, and a five-minute walk from Highbury and Islington station. The building also features a lift to access the apartment.
It is an exclusive executive community where residents can enjoy superb grounds and 24-hour porterage
A popular Islington enclave, Barnsbury is prized for a village feel that offers a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Angel whilst providing superb access to Upper Street. Barnsbury Place is an outstanding conversion of a former Edwardian school in Islington, creating a beautiful collection of refurbished apartments by niche London developer Mount Anvil (please see site plan).
The apartment will be furnished with a double bed and mattress, dining table and chairs, and a sofa as shown in the images.

Tenant Information
Our agency will not progress an application until the holding deposit has been paid and an application form is completed and returned by the applicant(s). To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you return your application form(s) within 48 hours.
The holding deposit is the equivalent of one week’s rent, which once paid, is offset against the total balance due.
A tenancy cannot be completed until the agreed first month’s rent and bond are paid in full. On occasions, the Landlord may request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing. The holding deposit is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.
By paying the holding deposit, the property you have reserved will be taken off the market and all future viewings cancelled, and it is therefore deemed fair that the tenant will receive no refund should they later decide not to take up the tenancy or fail to move in on the agreed proposed check in date.
If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
