Boasting four double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a stylish fully fitted kitchen, a living room, a separate dining room, and a private decked garden, this is a great house for you to call home.
The house has a low-maintenance south-facing garden. This is a great space, allowing you to enjoy the garden at all times. Please note the summer house in the rear of the garden is not accessible for tenants and is not included when renting the house.
The ground floor comprises the kitchen, dining, and large living room, and a WC. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a large fridge/freezer. There is access to the garden from the living room as well as the kitchen.
This large space gives you a great choice in how you furnish the house, allowing you multiple options between your living and dining spaces, as well as more than enough space for extras.
There are four double beds and mattresses in the house. There are also five wardrobes in total, two in the largest double bedroom, two in the other large bedroom, and one in the en-suite bedroom. There are several built-in cupboards throughout the house, providing extra storage space for your belongings.
The main bathroom is located on the first floor and comprises a bathtub and a large shower. The toilet is separate, which is great for busy mornings. There is also an en-suite bathroom on the top floor, adjacent to the bedroom.
Norwood Junction is only a 9-minute walk away from the house, providing a direct train (one-stop) to London Bridge, and great links to other areas like Canary Wharf, Hoxton, and Shoreditch.
Free parking is always available on the road.
Greatly located, the house is in a lovely up-and-coming area, with great neighbours, local parks, primary and secondary schools, gyms, cafes, swimming pools, and more.
The house is available to rent from the 31st of January 2024.
Council Tax Rating: D
Our agency will not progress an application until the holding deposit has been paid and an application form is completed and returned by the applicant(s). To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you return your application form(s) within 48 hours.
The holding deposit is the equivalent of one week’s rent, which once paid, is offset against the total balance due.
A tenancy cannot be completed until the agreed first month’s rent and bond are paid in full. On occasions, the Landlord may request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing. The holding deposit is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.
By paying the holding deposit, the property you have reserved will be taken off the market and all future viewings cancelled, and it is therefore deemed fair that the tenant will receive no refund should they later decide not to take up the tenancy or fail to move in on the agreed proposed check in date.
If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
